Digital Radiographs
 Digital radiographs (x-rays) allow for images to be stored within a computer without the use of film.
Digital radiographs are more diagnostic, and they require 60% less radiation than normal dental films. The radiation exposure from a full mouth series of radiographs is minimal. A patient will receive more radiation spending 10 minutes in the sunshine.
Digital radiographs can also be enhanced or enlarged to assist in diagnoses. The images are easily stored and retrieved to allow for comparison to previous radiographs. These are an invaluable tool!
